We Drifters Stories

Last week I had the amazing opportunity to attend We Drifters first pop up event in London. It was an intimate evening with fellow travel lovers like myself. It definitely was a great introduction to the We Drifters brand which if you didn’t know is anti-insect sleepwear for all travelers. What I loved most about the event was that it was centered around different women sharing their stories. All of which was linked to travelling in one way or another.

On the night I had the pleasure of listening to Emma Brewer, Alice Carder, Tahlia Gray and moderator Kim Willis. I didn’t know what to expect from the night. But I couldn’t have predicted that I would have been deeply moved listening to these women share their stories.

In addition to this I was reminded that our personal stories have power. Jenna’s World View started because I decided that I would share my story. My story is my WHY, my FUEL and SUPERPOWER. One of the major things that I took from the #WeDriftersStories evening was that we should never shy away from sharing our experiences because it may bless others.

Travelling is a gift

According to founder Naudia Salmon after travelling to South East Asia to explore a part of the world that was unknown to her We Drifters was born. It’s fascinating to me that after being eaten alive by mosquitos while travelling led to the creation of such an amazing brand. I commend Naudia for tapping into her travels and being inspired to live life on her our own terms. It is obvious from meeting her last week that it has allowed her to find a sense of freedom and purpose.

The Product

we drifters

Naudia was lovely enough to gift me with some Anti-Insect Sleepwear. The product is lightweight bamboo fabric enhanced with tech, to keep bugs at bay. The sizing guide is unisex and each set includes socks and a 2-in-1 pillow case & storage bag. I wish I knew about this product before I went to Thailand because those mosquitoes ate me up. Well thank God I know about it now and I cant wait to test it out next year on my 2020 travels. If you’re heading to the Caribbean or Africa this year then I would encourage you to invest in Anti-Insect Sleepwear. It’s lightweight too so you don’t have to worry about it weighing your luggage down.

Be sure to connect with We Drifters on the gram as they currently have a giveaway going on. If you can’t wait then you can purchase your Anti-Insect Sleepwear here you can also be find on Twitter and Facebook.
